I like the modest make up with strong emphasis on the eyes, hate lipstick though. 8/10 because it's a little too flawless, too.

Backgrounds are currently broken somehow for people who changed their avatar after the last patch. Mine isn't supposed to be black either.
Nice overall composition, I like the how you used colors without overdoing it.
Very good work on the expression, especially with the eyes. One of the better avatars I've seen so far. 9/10
